Led by owner and licensed builder, Grant Walkerden, the New Wave Constructions team is firmly focused on bringing your home building dreams into reality. Grant is dedicated to making your next building project a positive experience!

Grant personally oversees and co-ordinates every project. Thanks to his strong connections in all residential building trades and with quality suppliers, he has gathered a team of highly skilled and qualified tradespeople, including builders, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, tilers, cabinetmakers and more. These industry-leading tradies combine their expertise with the latest techniques and most innovative products, to produce quality, value-for-money outcomes for all our clients.

Grant is a licensed builder and carpenter, with a Cert IV in Construction, as well as comprehensive knowledge, skills and expertise in the construction industry.

After completing his apprenticeship in Sydney, where he worked on a broad range of renovations and new builds, Grant relocated to the Gold Coast. In 2003, he established New Wave Constructions, with the business quickly developing a strong reputation for quality, professionalism and delivering the outcomes clients require.
